booking a single session

Functional Medicine or Naturopathic interventions are part of a journey to health and wellbeing. Although it is possible to book a single session with us, long-term and sustainable effects require the change of habits (nutrition, behaviour), corrections over time (elimination, reintroduction, correcting nutritional imbalance or insufficiency after intervention) and take more than just one meeting.

Nevertheless, single meetings may be a good idea for the following:

  • Nutritional habits and potential insufficiency / overload assessment

  • Food intolerances and allergy check (test + case analysis)

  • Nutrigenomic testing to create a roadmap for life-long epigenetic alignment

  • Functional tests and interpretation - blood markers, stool, urine, oral, genetic, etc

  • Quick guidance on supplements - if you want to consult your approach or a product

  • Quick guidance on functional breathing (learn and do it at home)
     

We would not recommend booking a single Health Coaching session, except for a trial or a discovery call to understand better how it works before deciding for a longer commitment.

Breakthroughs and magic can happen in the blink of an eye. Yes. We've experienced that. But it requires perfect timing and circumstances, along with being in the right emotional, spiritual and physical (biochemical) state.

Depending on where you are on that multi-layered continuum, the results may come quicker or slower. But they WILL come, that's guaranteed. But it may take more than a single meeting.
